MYSELF, HOME AND LIBRARY

I'm enormously thrived to have such opportunity to write an essay. First I can begin with myself.

I was born in East Ugenya at Siaya District. When I was grown up, my father took me to school and join my classmate their I continued with my education till I clear my primary level and join the secondary school. From there my father wasn't have enough money to continue educating me so he decided to take me to a polytechnic. From there I get married in Nyakach in Nyando District in West Kabondo which was my home till now.

In our home, God have given us two children a boy and a girl. My husband was working in Nairobi but since his parents died, he decided to join fishing at home. And now he decided to join fishing at Odugi nam, though sometimes he ought to brought some but sometimes they come out without any because nowadays fishes are not so many due to that plant which as called Ford which surround the sea. The little money which he gets there is the one we use in our daily needs but it is not enough getting a contract also is a problem.

When I join the hera women group I was grateful because at the moment we start it we used to meet and do some hand work such as table mats, baskets, caps and the rest then we sold them in different places to get money. We continue like that when came the day you invite us to run the library.

According to me I can say that the library is the big present to us and the community because it helps our children, Adults to gain more in their studies experience to achieve something reasonable in their lives. Although we don't have so many books but the moment we go on is where we will have more books. Even our library will expand and divided in different sections such as a room for children Adults and the rest.

Last but not least I can end up saying that may God Bless all of us to continue running the library in a right way to serve our community which will lead them to success.
