			This WebSite is created by Mr Shisei Sakoda to introduce the living, culture, nature in Nakachi, Nyando District, Nyanza Province, Kenya. Mr Sakoda is a civil engineer and supervising the construction of Sondu/Miriu Hydropower Project since 1997 at Kenya. He is supporting the community to assisting the activities of public library at the site. This WebSite is operated privately and independently from the Sondu/Miriu Hydropower Project.
